The delivery charge is a flat rate of $8 for each online order.
Due to orders being made-to-order, expect 1-2 weeks for orders to be delivered to your home.
Once an order is placed it will now be sent to our vendor. From there each item is shipped to our shop to be printed/embroidered on. Once this process is completed your orders will be sent to your specified location.
Each order payment will be charged to you account once you have placed your order.
If you happen to come across damaged or wrong products, we strongly urge you to contact our support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) first! From there we will rapidly take the necessary steps to resolve your problem. Please understand that miscues do occur and we are trying our hardest to prevent these such things from happening.
Due to our products being made-to-order for you and your specified needs, we cannot allow changes to orders once there placed. Although, we do give you up to 24 hours to cancel that order.
