Group fitness gets a bad rep when it comes to actual strength training. Why? because no one has taken the risk to structure it correctly. The DTW founders decided this was a untapped lane in the market that needed to be addressed. Sure there are places like Orangetheory or F45, which are also great workouts, but we noticed there was a huge flaw, based about market anaylsis... Lacking the abilty to actually lift for strength and truly transformation your body... but wait, doesn't that sounds like crossfit? sorta, but not quite. We've developed an unique strength & endurance program that doesn't involve the overly intense, extreme, & injury risk exercising. Our goal is to help you lose fat and transform your body relatively fast without putting your body at risk of injury.
Each session we offer is a very efficient 45minute long. This way you can get in & out with a wasting an insane amount of time at the gym mindlessly. With our signature class structure of 45min we divide it into two different sections. The first half of your session you will perform endurance training. This enhances blood flow throughout the body and also your increases daily energy expenditure.
The other half of your session you will be focusing on true strength training where you will stimulate true muscle growth and improve your mobilty through professional & proven techniques. This is how you will become lean, strong, confident, and feel great every single day.
